Terms of Service

1. What Is Included in Our Service

All prices quoted by Morocco Driver Service cover private car hire with a professional driver only. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written quote, our service includes:

• A private air-conditioned vehicle (4×4 or minivan depending on group size)
• A professional, English-speaking driver for the agreed duration
• Hotel or riad pick-up and drop-off within the agreed city
• All fuel and motorway toll costs

2. What Is Not Included

The following are not included in our quoted price and must be arranged and paid for separately unless agreed in writing:

• Activities: camel rides, quad biking, horse rides, sandboarding, guided hikes
• Meals, drinks, and refreshments
• Entry fees to sites, kasbahs, gardens, or private camps
• Personal travel insurance
• Gratuities for your driver (appreciated but never obligatory)

3. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us (by email or WhatsApp) stating the agreed date, itinerary, price, and any special conditions. Submitting a form on our website does not constitute a confirmed booking — it is an enquiry only.

We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.

4. Payment

Payment terms are agreed individually for each booking. We accept cash (MAD, EUR, USD, GBP) and bank transfer. Unless otherwise agreed, full payment is due on the day of travel, before departure. For multi-day tours, a deposit may be required to secure the booking.

5. Cancellation & Changes

• More than 48 hours before departure: Full refund of any deposit paid.
• 24–48 hours before departure: 50% of the agreed price may be retained as a cancellation fee.
• Less than 24 hours before departure: The full agreed price may be retained.
• No-show: The full agreed price is due.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify a tour due to extreme weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for arriving at the agreed pick-up point on time.
• Clients must behave respectfully towards the driver, local communities, and cultural sites.
• The driver has the right to terminate a tour without refund if a client's behaviour poses a safety risk or is deemed seriously disrespectful.
• Morocco Driver Service is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal liability before travelling to Morocco.

7. Limitation of Liability

Morocco Driver Service provides transportation only. We are not responsible for activities, accommodation, or services provided by third parties even if recommended by us. Our liability is limited to the cost of the transportation service agreed in your booking confirmation.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech, Morocco.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect changes. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
